Shipping policy
Generally speaking, allow up to 1-3 business days for production of your custom order before it leaves our facility for shipment. Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or USPS First Class based on our discretion.
If your event date is nearing, please contact us before placing an order. It may be necessary to place an in-plant rush on your order for an additional fee and/or upgrading the shipping method to Air. If you do not notify us before placing an order of your nearing event date, we will process it under normal production timelines.
We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event date if you do not provide advance notice.
We cannot be held liable for any package(s), which are lost, stolen or delayed in transit. Likewise, we cannot be held liable for any package(s), which are lost or stolen after delivery at your address.
In the event your package(s) is lost, stolen or delayed, we will assist you any way possible. However, package(s) showing delivery confirmed by our carrier's tracking system cannot be refunded if stolen or lost at your delivery address.
